Deposit required to be made within 7 days of reservation. Should a request to cancel the reservation be made after receipt of deposit and thirty days in advance of check-in, deposit less 40% will be refunded. Less than 30 days, all deposit will be forfeit unless reservation re-scheduled & agreed by lodge.

Check-in / Check-out time is for guest occupancy of rooms on day of arrival and departure. Guests are welcome to be on the property before / after these times on their reservation days, subject to lodge requirements.
